A Scanner Hardly

What’s up with this? The only theater in the entire Bay Area showing A Scanner Darkly is the Embarcadero* in San Francisco. Bah!

Update (July 17, 2006): I just learned that more theaters have been added this past weekend, thanks to a heads-up by Mark.

(*I used to work at Two Embarcadero Center several years ago, btw.)

    yeah…not one scanner darkly in our next of the bay. sucks.
    hopefully we don’t have to wait long for the wide-release.

    Yeah, I’m not optimistic. I think it’ll reach us via video stores before it gets released here.

    I’ve had the site up just this june. I guess I missed blogging a lot because I lay lowed for a year.

    I’m glad you like the blog. I wish you’d see more of manila there hehe.

    Mark: you’re right, they’re releasing it gradually in more theaters. I would’ve known that if I only bothered to check the site that I linked above.

    Rick: thanks for the offer! It’ll be a while though before we visit the Philippines again. Gotta save up, you know! In the meantime, I’ll just check out your site. :)
