		<description>Is this sad: 1983 the exchange rate was roughly 10 to 1. I remember because we were on vacation in the US and my dad kept reminding me things weren't so cheap, just make sure to add a couple of zeroes to get the right amount. Around 1969 or '70, the exchange rate was 2 to 1. My mom and dad went on vacation to the US and she kept a log of the money they spent and exchanged and she wrote down the rate.</description>
