SF Trip
Here are pics from several weeks ago when we took the foreign exchange student on a tour around San Francisco. We tried to stick with the 49 Mile Drive scenic route as much as we could but we had to bypass a few of the landmarks to finish before it got dark.

I seriously mess up the Asian salute here by tilting it a few degrees to the right.

Here are pre-WWII fresco paintings found in Coit Tower’s lobby done in the social realism style of Mexican muralist Diego Rivera (many of the artists studied under Rivera’s tutelage):

Cool! I’ve never actually been inside Coit Tower, so thanks for posting. Now I know what I was missing

The pictures I took of the paintings were only from the lobby. There are more murals on the second floor and the stairway. But there’s an entrance fee to get up there and you guessed it, I didn’t pony up for it.

There’s an Asian salute? I didn’t know that. I probably didn’t get the memo.
Nice pics! I’m really hoping we can make the Big Move out there by end of the year.

Really? Out here?
Cool. Will I get a chance to click your face in the flesh, Mark? =P
