Valentine’s
I actually copied and pasted this poem courtesy of clickmomukhamo*, printed it and gave it to my wife for Valentine’s. Um, the flowers then followed.
Couples from church had a post-Valentine’s Dinner Date last night at Nijo Castle in Newark, CA. Afterwards, we all met in church for a little program interspersed with a few “Dating Game”-style games. Judging from the several missed guesses as to what one’s spouse’s general preferences are and whose spouse is whose based on questions asked, Pastor Alois offered his calling card just in case any couple needed marital counselling. Heh.
*Update: Apparently, clickmomukhamo is on hiatus so the poem is not available at the moment. The particular entry’s permalink did not archive the poem either. But trust me, it was hilarious and endearing at the same time.
